As a reseller of pre-owned luxury bags, we ensure accurate descriptions, clear photos, and full disclosure of each item’s condition. This Return and Refund Policy complies with Republic Act No. 7394 (The Consumer Act of the Philippines) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) guidelines.

1. General Return & Refund Guidelines

  • No Return, No Exchange Policy – In compliance with DTI regulations, returns and refunds are only accepted for defective, damaged, or misrepresented items. A change of mind is not valid for returns or refunds.

  • All Sales Are Final – As a reseller of pre-owned luxury goods, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, minor signs of wear, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Authenticity Guarantee – We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell. If a buyer provides valid proof from a reputable third-party authenticator (e.g., Entrupy, LegitGrails, Dr. Runway), confirming the item is inauthentic, we will issue a full refund. (1-Month Warranty after Purchase).

  • In-Store Purchases – Please inspect the product carefully before finalizing your purchase at our store.

  • NEW and UNUSED Items – Items that are unused and in their original condition cannot be returned.

  • Watches – Watches are not eligible for returns if they show scratches or blemishes.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A return will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Major Undisclosed Defects – (e.g., broken hardware, torn lining, severe stains) not stated in the product description.

  • Proven Inauthenticity – The item is deemed inauthentic by a trusted third-party authentication service (e.g., Entrupy, LegitGrails, Dr. Runway).

Return requests must follow these timeframes:

  • For Non-Visible Defects – (e.g., structural damage, hidden flaws): Must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

  • For Visible Defects – (e.g., undisclosed stains, damages, markings): Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

To initiate a return, the customer must provide:

  • A full unboxing video showing the item and package upon delivery.

  • Clear photos of the defect or issue.

  • Proof of third-party authentication if authenticity is disputed.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Minor signs of wear (common with pre-owned luxury bags).

  • Bags that have been used, altered, or repaired after purchase.

  • Items missing tags, original packaging, or accessories.


4. Return & Refund Process

If a return is approved:

  • The customer must return the item within 3 days using a trusted courier with tracking.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original accessories.
  • Once the return is received and verified, a refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Refund Options:

  • Full Refund – Only for proven authenticity concerns.
  • Store Credit or Replacement – For other approved cases.

Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the buyer, except for incorrect or inauthentic items.

  • LUXURYBAGSBYROSE reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our return criteria.
  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by third-party couriers.
  • This policy may be updated at any time in accordance with Philippine laws and DTI guidelines.
